1st July, 2016 OLEH NAZRINI BADARUN SEMPORNA: Tindakan pemimpin Umno dan ketua cawangan Semporna yang mengambil keputusan keluar parti tanpa berfikir dan terpengaruh dengan emosi semata-mata adalah sesuatu yang amat memalukan, kata Pemangku Ketua Umno Bahagian Semporna, Dato Sri Nasir Tun Sakaran. Beliau yang juga Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri Senallang berkata, tindakan itu seharusnya tidak berlaku kerana perjuangan parti bukan memperjuang nasib pemimpin tetapi perjuangan agama dan bangsa untuk membela rakyat dan daerah secara keseluruhannya. “Pemimpin ini datang silih berganti tetapi parti itu kekal dan kalau keluar parti itu boleh bawa kebaikan kepada rakyat dan daerah mungkin boleh difikirkan tapi kalau sebaliknya ia bukan sahaja menyusahkan diri sendiri tetapi juga kepada rakyat dan daerah,” katanya. Beliau berkata demikian ketika ditemui selepas Majlis Perjumpaan Khas Bersama Ketua-Ketua Cawangan Umno Senallang di Dewan Serbaguna Majlis Daerah Semporna di sini kelmarin. Menurutnya, pemimpin dan ketua cawangan yang terlibat seharusnya tidak bertindak membuat keputusan sewenang-wenangnya keluar parti dan meninggalkan Umno tetapi perlu bertenang dan istiqamah serta berbincang terlebih dahulu di meja bulat. “Jangan ikut emosi dan hati kerana apa yang berlaku kepada Datuk Mohd Shafie Apdal hanya digantung dan bukan dipecat, dan tindakan yang diambil Majlis Tertinggi Umno itu bukan sesuka hati tapi bersebab, jika ada kesalahan baru ambil tindakan, kalau tidak dia (Shafie) masih pemimpin kita,” katanya. Jelasnya, mereka yang terlibat juga seharusnya memikirkan jasa parti bukan sahaja kepada diri tetapi juga kepada rakyat dan daerah yang merasai kuasa pemerintahan dengan kerajaan yang tidak pernah mengabaikan kebajikan dan segala kemudahan infrastuktur di daerah ini. “Lupakah kita masa susah dulu dalam tempoh yang begitu lama dan dengan kedatangan Umno maka terselamat Sabah dan sama-sama kita merasa kuasa pemerintahan, jadi ini harus difikirkan jangan ikut hati perasaan, perlu istiqamah, bertenang, berbincang,”ujarnya lagi. Mengulas lanjut Nasir berkata, Umno perlu terus kukuh dan kekal kuat di daerah ini seperti mula bertapak dan bukan berpecah belah serta perlu terus berjuang untuk membela nasib rakyat dan daerah ini agar terus membangun dan tidak ketinggalan daripada daerah lain. “Kita perlu terus bersatu demi rakyat dan bukan atas kepentingan peribadi kerana rakyat dan daerah ini masih memerlukan bantuan kerajaan, jangan jadikan rakyat dan daerah kita ini tidak mendapat pembangunan kerana tidak seiring dengan kerajaan negeri dan pusat,” katanya. Sementara itu mengenai jawatan pemangku Umno Bahagian itu, Nasir berkata beliau tidak pernah ingin merebut atau memgambil jawatan yang diserahkan kepadanya tetapi hanya bagi memastikan Umno Bahagian itu tidak terumbang ambing tanpa haluan. Majlis berkenaan dihadiri 90 peratus ketua cawangan dan ajk bahagianDUN Senallang yang dibuat bagi memberi penerangan ekoran pengumuman perletakkan jawatan Naib Presiden Umno Bahagian Semporna, Datuk Jaujan Sambakong dan beberapa ketua cawangan bahagian ini pada Isnin.

6p opening up?

Hi..sorry for long break...only today i managed buy new pc after old one damaged.
ya true 6p opening up on 15/2/2016. But this time it will be called as rehiring and not 6p. As normal and expected our beloved ..... government going to come up with ludicrous strategy to legalize illegal.

Until writing time i have little information on how the process going to be. As i said in my earlier post, please wait until KDN announce full process. For Myanmar nationalist the rehiring program conducted by Bukti Megah sdn bhd. A ministers crony company. All employer who intend to legalise their Myanmar worker must go to this company which based in Johor but have sub branches  all over states to register their worker. this company will help do legalisation process with fees. Before the levy high the fees is about rm5800 for each worker complete until sticker.  I have seen this company representative doing the work in immigration daily. Employer may call the manager in charge(Bukti Megah) Regina 0166161491 for further information.

For Indonesian they must go to Iman Resources to do legalisation. But i have little information how they conducting the process. Apart from this two companies other nationalities fate most probably would fall under MYeg and consortium. All of them minister level networked foreign worker agents. Their main propose is to make money by creating system in the name of helping government to legalize illegal. But i am sure the fees also will be around rm6k.  Surprisingly other day minister mention about legalize in online without paying middle man which give some hope for thousand of workers who earning less than 1500 a month.

Now government and cronies take advantage on vulnerable migrant workers to make money because they have less money in gov coffer to enjoy like previous years. Workers are the last victim cz almost all employer will touch the workers salary to cover legalization fees.

From previous experience i want give some advice's for workers and employers  who intend participate in rehiring process

• Please wait and collect some information before start to go register because normally the fees will be high for few weeks until the market correct itself later part
• Dont ever give full money to agent. please collect ic photocopy of agent if you want to give agent to run for you becaus there is so many cheating cases in previous legalization process.
• For worker who intend to be independent than employer,  find reliable employer which you personally know. If you dnt have one, consulate with good friend which have more experience hence been in malaysia for long
• Make sure medically fit before start register
• Start apply passport now in embassy if dont have one
• check worker status in immigration in online under https://eservices.imi.gov.my/myimms/VPAStslng
• Be aware if agent offer something other agents said impossible to do.

KUCHING: Lembah Pantai MP Nurul Izzah Anwar is the latest opposition leader to be banned from entering Sarawak.
Nurul Izzah, who is PKR vice president and election director, arrived at Kuching International Airport on AK5210 at around 4pm, but was told by immigration officers that she had been barred from entering the state.
She will be on board the next available flight to KL around 7pm, said Seri Andalas assemblyman Dr A. Xavier Jayakumar who was accompanying Nurul Izzah on the flight.
A. Xavier also said he will be delivering a name list of potential candidates for the state election tonight on behalf of Nurul Izzah at a hotel here.
He said no reason was given for barring Nurul Izzah but it was a clear indication that the state government feared facing the people.
She was supposed to announce PKR’s potential candidates for the coming state election at a hotel here this evening.
However, it is believed that the ban had to do with Nurul Izzah and Batu MP Tian Chua’s meeting with Jacel Kiram, the daughter of self-proclaimed Sulu Sultan Jamalul Kiram.
Late last month, the Sabah State Assembly passed a motion to ban Nurul Izzah and Tian Chua from entering Sabah.
Sarawak has autonomy over its immigration regulations and has barred opposition leaders such as Petaling Jaya Utara MP Tony Pua, Tian Chua, Seputeh MP Teresa Kok, Ampang MP Zuraida Kamaruddin, Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli, PKR election director Datuk Saifuddin Nasution and Subang MP R Sivarasa from entering the state.

KUALA LUMPUR: Nurul Izzah Anwar was barred from entering Sarawak today, on orders believed to have come from the chief minister’s office.
She was stopped by immigration officers on arrival at Kuching airport. Nurul Izzah, a vice-president of PKR, had been on her way to a party ceremony tonight to announce the PKR candidates who will contest the coming Sarawak state elections.
Nurul Izzah, who is MP for Lembah Pantai, announced the news on Twitter at 4pm, saying: “As soon as I arrived in Sarawak, there were immigration officers waiting to escort me back. New ban issued. An abuse of state powers!”
She had been accompanied on the flight by Dr Xavier Jayakumar, also a PKR vice-president, who told reporters at Kuching airport that the immigration officers informed Nurul Izzah the order came from the Chief Minister’s Office, according to Malaysian Insider.
She posted an image of an official notice signed by Sarawak immigration director Kamarol Johari which said “Nurul Izzah is barred under Section 65 (1)(a) of the Immigration Act 1959/63″.
The Sarawak action comes weeks after the Sabah state assembly voted to bar her from the state after she was photographed with Jacel Kiram, daughter of the late Sulu separatist leader, an armed group of whose followers attacked Lahad Datu in 2013.
Nurul Izzah noted that she was now among eight peninsular politicians and activists who had been barred from entering Sarawak, including the MP for Seputeh, DAP’s Teresa Kok; the MP for Batu, PKR vice-president Tian Chua; and the MP for Ampang, PKR Wanita leader Zuraida Kamaruddin. Others included social activists Ambiga Sreenevasan, Maria Chin Abdullah, Hishammuddin Rais, and Adam Adli.

Proccess to redelineate Sabah constituencies to begin next year, sunday, 6th December, 2015

PORT DICKSON: The process of the redelineation of electoral constituencies will begin in Sabah next year, followed by states in the peninsula.

Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof said the commission would submit a proposal to the Sabah government next year.
“We will carry out the redelineation exercise in Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia. In our planning, we will start with Sabah.
“The notice will be issued beginning next year, as the redelineation process is complicated,” he said after the launch of the EC caravan unit at Kampung Orang Asli Bukit Kepong, here today.

Aziz said the redelineation in Sabah and the peninsula would not take place simultaneously.

“The EC will select the most suitable method for us to conduct the exercise.
“We learnt a lot during the Sarawak redelineation exercise, and we will use that experience for Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia.”
He said based on the experience in Sarawak, it would take about a year to complete the process.
Last Tuesday, it was reported that the EC was studying the redelineation of constituencies in Sabah.
Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said had said in Parliament that data on development, population growth and the number of voters had to be compiled first.

Last Wednesday, Parliament had approved the addition of 11 state constituencies in Sarawak.

Sabah redelineation to be done early next year, says EC, sunday, 6th December, 2015

The Election Commission (EC) is scheduled to carry out a redelineation exercise in Sabah early next year.

Its chairman, Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof, said this would be followed by redelineation in the peninsula.
The redelineation for Sarawak has been completed.
Following the exercise, the Dewan Rakyat on December 2 passed a motion on the redelineation of the federal and state electoral boundaries in Sarawak, which saw an addition of 11 seats in the state assembly.
Sarawak has 71 state assembly seats.
“We have learned a lot from the experience in Sarawak, and we will use that experience for Sabah and the peninsula.
“Our target is to use the redelineation in the next general election,” he told a news conference after the EC's Friendly Visit programme to the Bukit Kepong Orang Asli village in Pasir Panjang, near Port Dickson, today.
Also present were EC deputy chairman Datuk Seri Mohd Hashim Abdullah, and secretary Datuk Abdul Ghani Salleh.
Aziz said the redelineation was a complicated process because there was a lot of “noise” from certain quarters, which even led to EC being brought to court.
He said EC had acquired six caravan vehicles worth RM1.2 million this year to expand the voter registration service, particularly in the rural and remote areas.
“Having these caravan vehicles will enable our officers to carry out outreach programmes and to monitor the operations and inspections for the registration of voters nationwide.” – Bernama, December 6, 2015.

Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi kuat kuasa 15 Nov

PUTRAJAYA - Kementerian Komunikasi dan Multimedia (KKMM) hari ini mengumumkan 15 November lalu sebagai tarikh penguatkuasaan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709), diperkenalkan khusus bagi mencegah penyalahgunaan data peribadi orang awam untuk tujuan komersial.

 

Selaras dengan penguatkuasaan akta itu, semua pihak yang dikategorikan sebagai pengguna data di bawah Perintah Golongan Pengguna Data kini diberi tempoh sehingga 15 Feb tahun depan untuk mendaftar dengan Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia (JPDPM), dan menjadi kesalahan bagi mereka mendedahkan data peribadi kepada pihak ketiga tanpa persetujuan pemilik.

 

Menteri Komunikasi dan Multimedia, Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek yang membuat pengumuman itu berkata akta diluluskan pada April 2010 itu merupakan sebahagian matlamat dasar ke-10 Akta Komunikasi dan Multimedia 1998, iaitu bagi menjamin keselamatan maklumat serta kebolehpercayaan dan keutuhan rangkaian dalam perlindungan data di Malaysia.

 

Beliau berkata Malaysia merupakan negara pertama di kalangan negara anggota Asean yang menguatkuasakan akta seumpama itu, sekali gus menjadikan objektif transformasi Malaysia ke arah menjadi sebuah negara maju dalam dunia Hab Dunia ICT, bakal menjadi kenyataan.

 

"Melindungi maklumat data peribadi adalah suatu tanggungjawab sosial yang besar kerana Industri Besar Data (Big Data) di Malaysia sedang berkembang pesat, dan ia turut merangkumi soal data-data peribadi serta maklumat penting sesebuah organisasi,"  katanya dalam sidang media di KKMM di sini. 

 

Ahmad Shabery menganggarkan ketika ini terdapat kira-kira 25,000 institusi dalam negara yang dikategorikan sebagai pengguna data yang perlu mendaftar dengan JPDPM dan mematuhi akta itu.

Menjawab satu soalan mengenai keseriusan masalah berkaitan pembocoran maklumat data peribadi, katanya beliau difahamkan setiap bulan pihak 'Cyber Security' menerima antara 800 hingga 1,000 aduan berhubung maklumat peribadi individu yang disalurkan kepada pihak tidak sepatutnya.

 

Ahmad Shabery seterusnya mengumumkan pelantikan Ketua Pengarah JPDPM, Abu Hassan Ismail sebagai Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi yang pertama, yang akan bertindak memastikan kelancaran pelaksanaan akta itu.

 

Sementara itu, JPDPM dalam siaran medianya mentakrifkan pengguna data sebagai pihak yang memproses apa-apa data peribadi atau mempunyai kawalan terhadap data berkenaan, atau membenarkan pemprosesan apa-apa data peribadi.

 

Ia turut menyenaraikan 11 sektor sebagai klasifikasi Golongan Pengguna Data, yang merangkumi sektor komunikasi, perbankan serta institusi kewangan, insurans, kesihatan, pelancongan serta hospitaliti, pengangkutan, pendidikan, jualan langsung, perkhidmatan, hartanah dan utiliti. 

 

Ia turut menyenaraikan pelbagai kesalahan serta penalti di bawah akta berkenaan, termasuk hukuman denda tidak melebihi RM500,000 atau penjara tidak lebih tiga tahun bagi kesalahan memproses data peribadi tanpa perakuan pendaftaran atau selepas pendaftaran dibatalkan, serta denda tidak lebih RM200,000 atau penjara tidak lebih dua tahun atau kedua-duanya bagi kesalahan tidak mematuhi notis penguatkuasaan atau kehendak Pesuruhjaya. - Bernama

Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709)

Awas kepada pengguna data yang mendedahkan maklumat peribadi individu kepada orang ketiga tanpa persetujuan pemilik untuk tujuan komersial kerana mereka boleh berdepan tindakan tegas berikutan penguatkuasaan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 (Akta 709) pada 15 November lalu.

Menteri Komunikasi dan Multimedia Datuk Seri Ahmad Shabery Cheek berkata, akta itu digunakan untuk menjamin keselamatan maklumat dan kebolehpercayaan serta keutuhan rangkaian dalam perlindungan data di negara ini.

"Menerusi akta berkenaan, mereka yang mempunyai data pengguna dari 11 sektor seperti komunikasi, insurans, perkhidmatan dan jualan langsung akan lebih bertanggungjawab dalam memberikan maklumat peribadi individu kepada pihak luar.

"Semua data peribadi yang dilindungi mengikut Akta 709 termasuk nama, alamat, nombor kad pengenalan, nombor pasport, maklumat kesihatan, e-mel, gambar, imej rakaman kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) dan maklumat dalam fail peribadi," katanya pada sidang media mengumumkan Pelaksanaan Penguatkuasaan Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia 2010 (Akta 709), semalam.

Turut hadir, Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia Abu Hassan Ismail.

Ahmad Shabery berkata, selaras dengan penguatkuasaan akta itu, semua pihak yang dikategorikan sebagai pengguna data di bawah Perintah Golongan Pengguna Data kini diberi tempoh sehingga 15 Februari tahun depan untuk mendaftar dengan Jabatan Perlindungan Data Peribadi Malaysia (JPDPM).

"Bagi tujuan berkenaan, pendaftaran pengguna data adalah terbuka kepada individu atau organisasi yang memproses data peribadi dalam transaksi komersial seperti mana yang dinyatakan dalam perintah golongan pengguna data.

"Kegagalan berbuat demikian boleh dikenakan penalti iaitu denda tidak melebihi RM500,000 atau penjara tidak melebihi tiga tahun atau kedua-duanya bagi kesalahan memproses data peribadi tanpa perakuan pendaftaran atau selepas pendaftaran dibatalkan, serta denda tidak lebih RM200,000 atau penjara tidak lebih dua tahun atau kedua-duanya bagi kesalahan tidak mematuhi notis penguatkuasaan atau kehendak Pesuruhjaya," katanya.

Menurutnya, setiap bulan Cyber Security menerima kira-kira 1,000 aduan kebocoran maklumat peribadi individu kepada pihak ketiga untuk tujuan komersial. - HM

Children under 13 years old

AirAsia does not collect or maintain information directly from those under 13 years old. Such information should only and would normally be provided by the parent or guardian of someone under 13 years old. For security reasons, your credit card number is not saved. You must type the credit card number each time you make a purchase. Site tracking

CSB200 is a low cost, high performance class B AIS transponder (Transmit and receive) unit, that enables the reception of AIS information as well as transmitting own vessel position and other information to other AIS equipped vessels. The CSB200 installation is quick and simple, requiring only the connection to a 12v DC supply, VHF* and GPS* antenna..
